Your details stay with Nexus Security Firm, seen by the dispatchers and account staff dealing with the request. The only outside parties involved are the technical suppliers that carry email and telephone traffic for us, and any disclosure the law compels.

There are no advertising cookies and no external analytics tag. Requests for pages are counted in aggregate on the server side, which involves no cookie and no identifier tied to a person.

Where a request turns into a contract, the record is retained through the engagement and for the retention period the law sets afterwards. Where it does not, the inquiry is held for two years and then removed.
